It stole my husband! I feel like the little pouty girl above. I dropped Corey off at the train station early this morning so he could begin his long journey to the other side of the world for his work trip, and now I'm all by my lonesome. Luckily in a week and a half, I'll be home in CA having loads of fun visiting friends and family, and in 3 and a half weeks I'll be in Maryland myself seeing my hubby again and celebrating our first anniversary! I'm going to be one bored chick while he's gone. I'm planning to spend a great deal of time at the gym. Other than that, it's a good thing I'm easily entertained by jigsaw puzzles and reruns of Gilmore Girls and Friends. I'm toying with the idea of jetting down to Tokyo for a couple days before my trip for some fun on my own. We'll see if I can find a cheap hotel...
I think I need some ice cream. That always helps a pouty mood.

We'll do our best to help you forget your woes once you get to California. I am so excited to see you again! In the meantime, I vote for your solo trip to Tokyo idea for the following reasons:
1. It just sounds cool!
2. I would like to read about it on your blog afterwards
3. Perhaps you can make your runaway husband envious of all the fun you're having =)

Gilmore Girls is the best cure for boredom! I will be without cable for a few days when I move next weekend and I plan on busting out my box set and watching as much as I can. It never gets old!
