I'm getting my diet and exercise back in check NOW. These past few weeks were pretty awful- no working out, lots and lots (and lots and lots) of terrible food (the 5 people at our house during Christmas ate 5 TUBS of cookies over 3 days- eek!). I feel pretty disgusting.
I started back with a 4.5 mile run today at the gym, and Corey and I are eating a 100% clean food diet for a week to get us started.

You can do it! Eatting clean is a challenge, but I know you can totally do it! And you'll feel so great after! I think you are fabulous, and I'm totally inspired by you to hit the gym hard this week! Good luck, and keep up the great work!
I'm curious what a clean food diet is?
Basically it's just eating whole, non-processed food. I think people can be as strict with it as they want, and define "processed" in different ways.
Corey and I are eating nothing but fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains, supplementing with a little lean meat, some nuts, and a teensy bit of olive oil every now and then. So far we've only committed to doing it for a week, so we'll see how it goes...
